Our Home Packs and Graters can be easily ordered using
your credit card via our secure online PayPal shopping basket.
Simply go to the Home Packs and Graters pages and click on
the shopping buttons beneath the relevant item/s.
If you don’t wish to use a credit card, please download our
order form (requires Adobe Reader ver. 8 or above) and email
or fax it to us - we’ll then issue you with an invoice.
Restaurant and Food Service products can be ordered by giving us a call or completing our order form (requires Adobe Reader ver. 8 or above) and fax or email it to us. Please note that minimum order sizes apply, as shown on the order form.
Restaurant orders are normally dispatched Mondays and Wednesdays, so your wasabi
will arrive fresh every Tuesday and Thursday. Alternative delivery dates can be arranged
by negotiation.
We send all orders by 24 hour delivery (e.g. Express Post or overnight courier) to ensure freshness*. If our courier cannot make delivery during normal business hours due to premises being unattended, re-deliver charges may apply and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of quality.
Alternative freight services such as ‘Registered’ or ‘Standard’ mail can also be arranged upon request, however due to fluctuating delivery timeframes we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of quality or late delivery.
Cooling packs are included in every box to keep your wasabi fresh and crisp.
